Why Google AdSense Is Ripping Us Off

How Google Profits From Not Supporting You
One of the most frustrating and ridiculous aspects of the Google AdSense program is that there is no way to directly get customer support. If you are stuck, Google encourages you to use their AdSense Help Forum.
Let me help you imagine what the Google AdSense Help Forum consists of. Imagine a million unanswered questions. Then imagine ONE question that has actually been answered. Seeking help from the Google AdSense forum is like writing a desperate message, putting it into a bottle, and casting it out into the digital sea, praying for an answer that won't come.
Lastly, imagine having questions, and just needing to be able to talk to a live, human being, or to be able to create a help ticket. You won't find this with the Google AdSense Program. For a company that prides itself for producing a little box on google.com that you can write words into, and find answers, why don't they actually help their AdSense customers find any answers? Shouldn't they be more familiar with pairing people with the information they need?
Honestly, Im angry. Im very, very angry. I love Google. I use it every single day. When I had the opportunity to get involved through my Hubpages, I jumped at the chance. I had a great perception of Google and the services it offered. There was no reason for me to NOT get involved.
Now, I am more frustrated than ever. Users like us help fuel Google by creating content, which in turn helps Google collect revenue. But when it actually comes down to supporting its users in return, all Google can offer is an online help resource that reads like a record player, stuck in a loop.
The AdSense resources page says this, "Have questions? Find all the answers in our complete resource center."
Google, you do NOT have a "complete" resource center, and to call it that is an insult. Complete to who? The user, who obviously needs more support, or to Google, because that is all of the help you are willing to offer?
Don't get me wrong, Google has webinars, help articles, troubleshooting wizards, demos and guides. All of which are great, unless you have an actual issue, something complex and realistic.
I have never worked with a company that does not have at the very least a system that allows users to create help tickets. (Of course Google does not offer it's Adsense customers a customer service number. Providing the hope of speaking to a live human being is apparently out of the question.)
To the Hubpages community, I must say that I am at a loss. There is nothing that I can do. Ive posted my message in a bottle to the help forum, but only so that I could say I tried. Inside my head, I know its hopeless. That may sound pessimistic, but when you look at the thousands upon thousands of unanswered questions, from weeks and weeks ago to today, it would be foolish of me to not analyze the data. It would be foolish of me to believe I would get an answer.
I have submitted my opinion of the forum using their feedback form. However, every user, upon filling the feedback form out is told directly that Google does not have the ability to respond individually back to the form! How ridiculous.Of course they have the ability to. They are just choosing not to.
What happened to the days of businesses respecting their clients and partners? The internet has created a facelessness for users, and has somehow made it okay for companies to put us out of sight and out of mind. Not only is there no way to seek direct help, there is no way to even properly share your dissatisfaction!
So friends, Google AdSense is a scam, because it makes no sense. Well, its making "cents," for Google, and making it ridiculously and insultingly hard to inquire about where your cents, as a user are, and if you will ever be getting any. Ive come up with several other simple names that may be more apt for Google to try:
- Google AdNonSense
- Google AdSenseless
- Google MadSense
- Google BadSense
Okay, so Im being harsh on Google AdSense by calling it a scam. It's not a scam. Sorry Google, your excellence in programming has just set the bar too high! You've spoiled me with Google.com and all of its offerings, and now I want a more complex help system!
Sorry guys. This digital world is really frustrating me today. And Google, you should be ashamed. You should back up all those little peons of people who bring you money, with a realistic support system. Maybe a phone system would cost you too much, maybe you dont want to manage that. But no help ticket system?
That makes NoSense.

bettemachete - I actually really like this hub. It shows your honesty and that you are not afraid to tell people how you truly feel. Keep at it...always be honest and be yourself...no matter if it offends others. :) Voted up, useful, and funny!
There is one difference between you and I and that is I could not care less about Google anymore. I have found ways to improve my business without their products. If you know how to be truly social then you can use your skills and talents to get direct business without always having to rely on a listing in a search engine. Thanks for making me think about this

I'm not sure what your problem is but have you asked in our forum or emailed the admin team and asked if they have any understanding of your issue?
A while back I had to resort to the adsense forum a couple of times and to be honest - I found it useful. I got the answer that helped me find a solution almost straight away.
I know what you mean about live support, I can't figure why there is none but maybe there's so many wanting and not enough folks to help.
